This website collects no data without your knowledge. The only information gathered is what you voluntarily enter in the quote request form:

This data is used solely to handle your commercial enquiry and reply to you. The legal basis is your request itself, that is, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
It is neither sold nor rented, nor used for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
Only the BEWIND SHIPPING sales team accesses this information. It passes through our email delivery provider, acting as a processor and authorised to use it only to deliver our messages.
No data is transferred outside the European Union, save for occasional use of a provider offering appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Chapter V GDPR.
Quote requests are kept for three years from the last exchange, the customary period for commercial prospecting. After that they are deleted. Where a contractual relationship is established, data required for its performance follows the statutory retention periods applicable to commercial and accounting records.
